While we strive to deliver your e-bikes within 48 hours of pickup, please note that coastal and rural locations may experience slightly longer transit times. Rest assured, any potential delays will be discussed with you after booking to ensure clear communication and understanding. In certain cases, same-day delivery may be available depending on the location.

    Your peace of mind is our top priority. Rest assured, your shipment is fully insured during transit, providing comprehensive protection against any unforeseen circumstances.

Packing instructions

Ensure the bike is thoroughly cleaned.

Disconnect the battery and pack it separately if applicable.

Secure any loose parts, such as pedals or handlebars, to prevent movement during transit.

Use protective packaging. For new bikes that need to arrive in pristine condition, fully cover with bubble wrap or similar material and pack into a bike box.

Please note that while your bike will remain on the same vehicle throughout shipment, minor scuffs may occur during loading or unloading if not packaged correctly.

Important information

  • This service requires a minimum 8-hour collection window. However, once a driver has been assigned to your shipment, we can provide a 1-hour estimated time of arrival.

  • Collections can be arranged even in your absence, as long as the bike weighs less than 30kg.

  • Please note that collections and deliveries scheduled for evenings or weekends will incur an additional fee.

  • Cancellation fees may apply if less than 6 hours’ notice is given.
