In certain cases, same-day delivery may be available depending on the location.

Packing instructions

Ensure the kayak is thoroughly cleaned and dried.

Protective packaging is optional. For new kayaks that need to arrive in pristine condition, fully cover with shrink wrap or similar material. Maximum size on this service 4.2m. Please contact us for a quote for kayaks larger than 4.2m

Please note that while your kayak will remain on the same vehicle throughout shipment, minor scuffs may occur during loading or unloading.

Important information

  • This service requires a minimum 8-hour collection window. However, once a driver has been assigned to your shipment, we can provide a 1-hour estimated time of arrival.

  • Collections can be arranged even in your absence, as long as the kayak weighs less than 30kg.

  • Please note that collections and deliveries scheduled for evenings or weekends will incur an additional fee.

  • Cancellation fees may apply if less than 6 hours’ notice is given.
